Compal closely monitors the healthy growth of different peach varieties native to the Mediterranean so they can pick them at the right time. In the end, they crush only the very best to obtain a nectar beyond compare. This dense, round nectar is slightly acidic, with the bright colour of pulp and aromas of fresh fruit. Nectars naturally taste better when they are made only with real fruit juice. This is why Compal does not use concentrates.
